Due to the extremely high volume of spam emails and messages being filtered incorrectly, we no longer provide customer support through email. This change helps ensure that we never miss important messages from our customers.

While we may occasionally see messages on social media, we receive a large number of DMs and comments across multiple platforms, so texting us directly is always the best way to reach us.

If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, please feel free to send your message again. In some cases messages may be missed, response times may be longer during busy periods, or replies may take a little longer over weekends.

Please also keep in mind that customer service is handled directly by the owner, who is also responsible for running the store, fulfilling orders, assisting in-store customers, and producing fragrances. While balancing everything can be a challenge, we truly do our best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible.
