We wanted to share an important Customer Service update for our Scentual Obsessions family.

While we used to reply to messages during the weekends, we’re now sticking strictly to our customer service hours to keep things organized and consistent.

Monday–Friday • 9 AM – 6 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Please note that any messages sent after 6 PM on Friday will be answered the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on workload.

We may occasionally see messages on social media, but due to the large number of DMs and comments we receive across multiple platforms, it’s not guaranteed we’ll catch them all. The fastest and most reliable way to reach us is always by texting during customer service hours.

As a small, family-owned business with just one helper, we do our best to balance customer support, in-store assistance, order fulfillment, and production. Your patience truly means everything to us.
