Fragrance Request Policy

Looking for a fragrance that Scentual Obsessions does not currently offer? We are happy to consider fragrance requests whenever we are able to source the necessary materials and accurately create the requested scent.

Please read the complete policy below before submitting a request.

How Fragrance Requests Work

Fragrance requests are reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee that we will be able to create or offer the fragrance.

Approval will depend on several factors, including:

  • Availability of the necessary fragrance oils and materials
  • Our ability to create an accurate interpretation
  • The cost of sourcing the required supplies
  • Whether the fragrance can be produced safely and consistently

We will contact you after reviewing your request to let you know whether it can be accepted.

$60 Initial Bottle Payment

If your fragrance request is approved, the person requesting the fragrance must purchase the first bottle upfront for $60.

The $60 includes the price of your first bottle. It is not an additional fee added to the bottle.

This initial payment helps cover part of the cost of:

  • Ordering the required fragrance oils and materials
  • Purchasing ingredients in smaller, more expensive quantities
  • Testing and preparing the fragrance
  • Creating the necessary labels and inventory
  • Producing the first bottle

Any additional bottles purchased after the initial bottle will be sold at our regular listed price.

Payment Is Required Before Supplies Are Ordered

The initial $60 payment must be completed before we order supplies or begin producing the fragrance.

We can no longer purchase additional oils, ingredients, labels, and materials based only on verbal requests or messages. The upfront purchase confirms that the person making the request is committed to purchasing the fragrance.

Important Information

  • Fragrance requests must be approved before payment is made.
  • The $60 includes one bottle of the approved requested fragrance.
  • Additional bottles will be available at the regular price.
  • Requested fragrances may take additional time depending on ingredient availability and shipping times.
  • Fragrances may also require additional maceration time after production.
  • We cannot guarantee that every fragrance request will be accepted.
  • We cannot guarantee that a requested fragrance will become a permanent part of our collection.
  • Future availability will depend on customer demand, material availability, and sales.
  • Once supplies have been ordered or production has started, the initial payment is nonrefundable.

Fragrance Request vs. Custom Fragrance

This policy is for customers requesting an interpretation of an existing fragrance that we do not currently carry.

It does not apply to completely original, personalized, or custom-created fragrances. Those projects are covered under our separate custom fragrance services and pricing.

Submit a Fragrance Request

When submitting your request, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The complete name of the fragrance
  • The fragrance brand
  • A link to the original fragrance, when available
  • Any additional information that may help us identify the correct fragrance

By submitting a fragrance request, you confirm that you have read and understand this policy. No supplies will be ordered and no production will begin until the request has been approved and the $60 initial bottle payment has been received.
