ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order Cancellation, Modification & Combination Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, because we begin processing and preparing orders shortly after they are placed, all cancellation and order-related requests must follow the guidelines below.
Order Cancellation Requests
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
To request a cancellation, please text our Customer Service team at 239-406-1550 and include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for the cancellation
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped. We will confirm whether the cancellation has been approved.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Orders canceled within 24 hours may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, provided the order has not already been prepared, processed, or shipped.
Cancellations After 24 Hours
Orders canceled more than 24 hours after being placed, but before shipment, will receive store credit only and will be subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee.
This fee helps cover the time, labor, and materials already invested in preparing the order, including:
- Employee labor
- Bottle preparation
- Fragrance filling
- Labeling
- Packaging materials
- Inventory handling
- Administrative and payment processing
Many of our fragrances and bottles are prepared specifically for each order. Late cancellations may leave us with completed or partially completed products that cannot immediately be reassigned to another customer.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Separate Orders Cannot Be Combined
We are no longer able to combine, merge, or consolidate separately placed orders.
If you place two or more orders, each order will remain separate and will be processed under its original order number. This applies even when the orders are placed by the same customer, are being shipped to the same address, or are placed within a short period of one another.
Each order may receive its own shipping label, tracking number, package, shipping charge, and delivery date. Shipping charges from separate orders cannot be refunded or credited because the orders cannot be combined after checkout.
Combining orders or changing the payment information connected to an order can remove it from our normal fulfillment queue. When this happens, the order may no longer appear with the other orders we are actively preparing. Our team must then manually locate and monitor the order, increasing the possibility that it could be overlooked or delayed.
Keeping every order separate allows us to maintain accurate inventory, payment records, preparation details, shipping labels, and fulfillment tracking.
No Partial Refunds or Changes to Active Orders
We can no longer provide partial refunds, remove individual items, refund shipping differences, or make other payment adjustments to an active order.
Processing a partial refund or modifying an order can remove it from our regular fulfillment queue. The order may stop appearing in the list our team uses while filling and packaging orders, requiring us to manually search for it. This can cause the order to be overlooked and may result in unnecessary processing or shipping delays.
Please carefully review your cart, fragrance selections, quantities, shipping address, and payment information before completing checkout.
If you need to make a significant change, you must contact us within 24 hours to request cancellation of the entire order. Once a cancellation is approved, you may place a new order containing the correct items. Separate replacement orders cannot be combined with previous orders.
Policy Enforcement
This policy will be strictly enforced. Customers are responsible for reviewing all store policies before placing an order.
These guidelines are necessary to keep our operation organized, prevent avoidable delays, and ensure that orders are prepared and shipped as accurately and efficiently as possible.
