Shipping, Returns & Tracking
Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or altered.
Changes to an order disrupt our processing system, requiring us to manually locate and adjust your order, which can delay not only your shipment but others as well. Additionally, altering orders can cause them to not appear correctly in our system, making it harder to track and potentially resulting in unshipped packages.
To avoid delays, please ensure all information—name, address, and phone number—is entered accurately during checkout. Incorrect information can hold up shipping as we would need to manually locate your order and update the details.
Shipping Rates
Domestic (United States):
• Shipping costs depend on the shipping service you choose, your location, and the weight of your package.
• Orders over $150 qualify for automatic Free Shipping.
International:
• Rates depend on the weight of your package and location. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for any additional fees, such as duties or taxes.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends). Processing refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment, not the time it takes to receive your order.
Shipping Time: Priority shipping begins after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
If you have not received a tracking number after 7 days, please text 239-406-1550 with your order number and name for an update.
Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
• Scentual Obsessions does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on products. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee items have not been used or tampered with, making them ineligible for resale.
• We recommend trying a sample pack before purchasing a larger bottle to ensure satisfaction.
Reselling Option:
• If a fragrance does not meet your preferences, we suggest reselling it in our Facebook groups: Scentual Obsessions Buy-Sell-Trade or Scentual Obsessions Family.
Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit
Replacements:
• We replace packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Timeframes for Replacement:
• Domestic (United States): Replacements will be considered if tracking shows no updates after 14 days (21 days during the Christmas/New Year season).
• International: Replacements will be considered if tracking shows no updates after 21 days (28 days during the Christmas/New Year season).
Delivery Issues
• If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you did not receive it, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
• To ensure secure delivery, we recommend adding signature confirmation to your order at checkout. If signature confirmation is not selected, Scentual Obsessions is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
• Once a package is shipped, it is no longer in our control. The shipping carrier is responsible for any updates or delivery issues.
Understanding Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note:
• Tracking may initially indicate “label created” but not “received” by the post office.
• This is due to our local post office in Fort Myers handling a higher volume of packages without scanning every item.
• Your tracking will update once it reaches your local post office.
Rest assured, if you receive a tracking number, your order has been shipped. We do not pre-print labels to give the appearance of faster shipping. Labels are printed and immediately placed on your package.

I saw this fragrance and was immediately skeptical. On one hand, I love plum fragrances but on the other hand, I was kind of scared of the cotton candy. At my big age, I don’t need to be smelling like anything that remotely smells like cotton candy! I also don’t need my fragrances to be extremely sweet like cotton candy. But because I love plum, I gave it a shot. (an 8 mL spraycan shot, I’m not stupid) after trying it, I was upset that I didn’t get a bigger bottle. This stuff is so good!. It’s smooth, it’s sweet but not over sweet, the plum really stands out. That cotton candy ingredient that I was so scared of only makes the plum pop a lot more.. I thought it was going to make it syrupy sweet but it brings the right amount of sweetness.. it’s strong and it last over 6 or 7 hours. On my skin. As soon as I can, I will be correcting my mistake and ordering a bigger bottle because I used all my spraycan in two days! Great stuff!!!!
I bought a 30ml bottle because I wasn't sure that I'd like it from reading the notes that are listed include Jasmine and Cotton Candy. I got it in, and WOW. Now plum is one of my favorite notes, but sometimes it gets a little rough around the edges. But this is so smooth and pleasant. I was afraid that it would have too much floral because sometimes Jasmine does that. But I think this is perfectly unisex and I was pleasantly surprised. In my opinion, it has the right amount of sweetness to make the plum note stand out instead of being irritating as plum can sometimes get. I have lots of fragrances and it is very rare that one catches my attention so much that I will decide to wear it for a week in a row. But the picture shows the dent I put in the bottle already. I'm back on the site to get a full 100 ml bottle. If you are a guy who is squeamish about any sweetness, then maybe try an 8ml first to see if you like it. But this is in no way too sweet or syrupy or anything like that. I was concerned about the cotton candy note, but to my nose it just balances it out rather nicely.
